Acceptance of Terms:
By visiting the Site or using the Site, you are considered a "User" ( also identified as "you" or "your" ), and you accept the terms and provisions set forth herein.
If you do not agree with all of these terms and provisions, do not visit or use the site. Visiting and using the Site is expressley conditioned upon the User's assent to all terms and provisions set forth herein.
Processing of Orders:
There are three order methods:

Your order will be processed within 48 hours of your placement. Your Credit Card will be charged upon receipt of your order. If there is a problem with the Credit Card, we will contact you both by E-mail and Phone to resolve it.

If an item is backordered, we will noify you via E-mail or by phone, to determine if you wish to wait for the item or cancel the order. Credit Card will not be charged until you give your approval.
Any item may be returned within 30 days of shipping, provided it is new and unused conditionand in its original packaging. There will be a 20% restocking fe on all returned parts, unless they were defective. Return freight is the responsibility of the purchaser, unless the product was shipped in error.
A Return Authorization Number (RMA) must be requested by contacting us via E-mail or phone, within 30 days of shipping.
WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON THE FOLLOWING ITEMS:
Opened CD's, DVD's or Other Computer Software or Media
Special Order or Custom Made Products
Tires or Wheels that have been mounted
Exhausts that have been mounted
Used, Damaged,Painted,Modified,or item returned in condition where it cannot be resold.
Closeout or Blemished items
All items are inspected and in excellent condition when shipped. Claims for lost or damaged goods must be made with the freight carrier. The original packaging must be kept for the carrier to inspect.
Evolution Custom Motorcycles makes no warranty as to its products sold by us, expressed or implied, including without any limitations, any warranties or fitness for a particular purpose. We will pass on all warranties made by the manufacturer who has the sole responsibility for performing such warranties. The manufactyrer shall be soley responsible for any damage to person or property arising from the design, manfacture, or use of its products, and Evolution Custom Motorcycles accepts no liability for such damages and shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages.
EXHAUST SYSTEMS RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICIES
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING CAREFULLY:
The return or exchange of exhaust systems can be made within 10 business days of receipt with Prior Approval ONLY.
Before returning or exchanging an item, send an E-mail to email@example.com with the reason for return. Items returned without prior authorization WILL NOT be accepted or credited. the merchandise must be returned in SELLABLE CONDITION. All shipping costs for returned or exchanged merchandise will be paid by the customer. Allmerchandise is subject to a restocking fee of 20%. Discounted or Custom One-off items CAN NOT be returned or exchanged for any reason. Once a return authorization has been issued, the return or exchange must be in the possession of Evolution Cutom Motorcycles within 10 business days.
For your own protection, when returning an item, send the package via insured-prepaid UPS ground service. Shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in any refund due.
All items are Inspected and in excellent condition when shipped. Claims for lost or damaged goods must be made with the freight carrier. The original packaging must be kept for the carrier to Inspect.
An exchange is considered to be a return and will be subject to the same terms as specified above. Contact Evolution Custom Motorcycles at: firstname.lastname@example.org for any returns or exchanges. All merchandise must be returned or exchanged in the original packaging and in the same condition they were sold. Returns or exchanges must include the customer's Name, Address, Phone Number, Authorization Number and reason for return. Merchandise must be returned undamaged, with nomarks on the original manufacturer packaging. All returns and exchanges are subject to Inspection for damage, misuse, Improper packaging and / or missing parts. Evolution Custom Motorcycles retains the right to issue a credit at its sole discretion
NOTE: ALL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES MUST BE SHIPPED FREIGHT PREPAID,
C.O.D'S WILL NOT BE ACCEPED.
EXHAUST SYSTEM WARRANTY
There is no warranty on exhaust systems with regard to any discoloration. Bluing is caused by tuning characteristics, cam timing, carburator jetting, overheating, etc. and is not caused by defective manfacturing. To minimize any possible discoloration of new chrome pipes, re-jetting of your carburator or remaping of your fuel-injection processor is required to balance the air/fuel mixture.
The tuning is critical to internalexhaust temperatures which can exceed 1300 F. We STRONGLY Recommend a Professional Dyno shop tune your motor BEFORE running your engine. During the Dyno process we suggest you use a large floor fan to cool the exhaust and engine to help eliminate any bluing.
Failure to take these precautions could result in permanent damage to the exhaust and or possibly the engine.
